What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charge varies with each product, quantity of the product and weight of the product. We try our best to keep the shipping cost lower.

While some products are eligble for free shiping & there will be a minimum & nominal delivery charge for some products and orders.

Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.

 

 Is the estimated delivery date accurate & reliable ?

It is possible that the our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page.

Some products may need special packing which will demand additional time to pack and may demand additonal shipping cost as well.

Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and/or some mandatory holidays and this could delay the delivery date.

Due to natural calamity and acts-of-god shipping could be delayed, these are beyond the control us and our logistics partners. We would seek support from our customers.

 

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold ?

There are no hidden charges. All prices are inclusive all applicable taxes. If there any additional charges then those will be mentioned on the product details page.

 

 

Why you cannot ship to my area ?

Please enter your pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

• Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
• Whether the logistics parnter can delivery to your location
• Realistic timelines for the location
• Economic viablility on the shipping to that location

If your order can not be fullfilled then we will provide 100% refund on your orders.

 

Do you provide CoD Cash On Delivery ?

CoD is not offered at this moment.

 

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

Currently, we are focussing India based customers only.
