Some products are not returnable and some are returnable and refundable.

Please check the Product details before purchasing and/or initiaiting any return or refund requests.

 

If the return or refund is related to product defect then the firm will take care of the return logistics expenses.  In all the other cases, Return logistics cost is to be taken care by the customer.

Our team will check & asses the returned product, before initiaiting refunds. Once the refund is initited, refund will be returned back (after any deductions and charges/fees) to the original payment mode in 7 to 14 working days (this duration is dependent on the customer bank and we have no control on the banking system)
